Inward Outward Coaching provides a two-phase process to facilitate growth for individuals, teams and businesses.
The Inward Outward Coaching model provides a unique experience where your growth starts with an exploration of the self - whether that is an individual, a team, a business unit or the entire organisation. Once a clear self identity is established, new behaviours and goals can be determined and action can be initiated which can address the challenges faced.
Inward Phase
During the Inward phase, you are provided opportunity to reflect, self-assess and develop understanding about current ways of working, values and beliefs, expectations and intentions, motivators, thoughts, strengths and challenges. Your coach will help you develop a clear concept of your current state of being, providing you a platform to learn, adapt and grow by discovering new perspectives and identifying opportunities beyond what you consider as your current limitations.
Outward Phase
In the Outward phase, your inwardly identified perspectives and opportunities will be applied to the outside world. You will set a number of goals which you will work towards achieving and your coach will serve to keep you accountable throughout the course of your coaching engagement. Your coaching sessions and subsequent support will be focused on you achieving those goals and changing the way you, your team or your business interacts with the world around you.
