We explore how you, as a whole person, have been present in your experiences and how that has impacted your results so far. With that knowledge, we can then begin to explore new options which can move you in your intended direction.
At Inward Outward, our coaching model is based on understanding your ideal image of your self and outcomes compared to the real and current versions. We will spend our sessions exploring your contributions so far with respect to the challenges you wish to address, the impact of how you have contributed and look at what you are hoping to achieve. Your coach will encourage you to experiment with ideas in session that will help align the 'ideal self' with the 'real self' circumstances, understand their core elements which would bring success and set actionable tasks to be implemented in your workplace between sessions. At the following session, your coach will help you evaluate your progress and determine next steps to keep you on the path to success.
